As wz understand, the rather �engthy story connected with this proposal was that <br />a house was constructed on the lot in question in the wrong location so <br />as to extend beyond the side lot fine. The copy of the survey attached <br />indicates the refationship between this existing line and the proposed <br />lot divisi<>n. Obviously, with the house completed, there is a question <br />as fo wh�ere the I ot I i ne can be most apnropriatei y I ocated so as to ach i eve <br />the intent of the ordinance and not have a deleterious effecfi on eifiher of the <br />properties involved or the neighborhood as a who�e. <br />2. TheaRplicant proposes to locate the new lot (ine 5.3 feet from the nearesfi <br />edge of the house as shown on the sketch. There are apparently questions <br />of concern on the �art of the existing hame owner, fihe devel�per, and <br />the property to the sout�. The merits af these questions are best evaluated <br />following their presentation at the public hearing. <br />
