The R-7 district to which the iand is zoned does not allow efficiency units. Normally this would !�e a reasunable policy, howev�r, in this case wherein the development is contiguous to Rice Street, we suggest that the market could well absorb the proposed unitso 3. We suggest the appl icant be quesfiioned as to the handl ing of the additional parking and any other changes that are affected in the site plan as a result of the proposa(, In general, we suggest that the applicant be encouraged to proceed with the development inasmuch as it appeared to represent an excellent solution for the property in question and the neighborhood as a whole. ;>t:: `;
