Garley, d/b/a Garley Construction <br />Company, has filed an application with the Village of Rosevill� for t�e re- <br />zoning of the followin� d�scribed property for an apartment development. <br />The South 387 feet cf the Southeast Quarter (SE'�} of the '' <br />Southwest Quarter (SW�) of the Southw�st Quarter (SW�) <br />and the West 155 feet of that part of Government Lot Four <br />(4) which lies South of a lrne which is 130 feet South of <br />the South line of Coun+�y Road C aa presently laid out, <br />and Lot Six (6), Reiling gark No. 2, and �hase portions <br />of Lakeview Avenue, U.xford Street and Ashbach Road (such <br />streets to be vacated), all being in Section Two (2), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range Twenty-three (23), Ram- <br />sey County. <br />You advised us that Pa�i Reiling is the a�pa�ent record owner of the prop- <br />erty. We have in our file a photocopy of an Earnest Maney Contract covering <br />this property, in favor of Ervin Erasim and apparently signed by Paul R. <br />Reiling; and wife. Erasim subsequently signed an agreement to se11 his in- <br />terest in �he property and by virtue of a series of contracte which we have <br />ia our file, Air. Erasim's interest has becom� vested in Calvfn D.
