Ammendment to Present Zoninq I-1 <br />Presently this property is zoned I-1. It is our <br />feeling that our business would not fully comply under the <br />strict regulations of I-1, and we would request that we be <br />granted an ammendment to this zuning ordinance that wou�d <br />enable us t� operate a business that sells ta contractors. <br />We carr,y construction specialties, small equipment such as <br />compressors and mixers, and supplies such as liquid concrete <br />curing agents, small s.teel inserts and various small too1s. <br />We also service gas and air equipment, rent some equipment, <br />and service what we rent. The service department and 90� <br />of our materials would be in our warehouse (proposed size <br />90 ft. x 200 ft.).
