A enuple years a�o, w� were adviaed informally by the �Tillage Planner that it was logical for appartm�nts �o be constructed. along County �oad C-2 aa a buffer b�tween the industrial land to the sou�,h and the single family residences to th� no�th. Those of us in �he "forgotten cornEr" of Ro�eville w�re in hopea that the �rove of trees svuth of �ohanna Junlor High Schoo7. woulc� be spared and become a park. However, I did not protest when the large piece of land at �ounty Roa� C-2 and Cleveland Ave. wag rezoned industrial and t�e 1ar�e, beautiful tr�es and interegting irregular topography succumbed to the bulldozer. Now another erosion of the ain�le fa�il�� area is proposed. I will not, protest or fi�;ht this plan as published in the �iews- letter if we have firrn assurr�nce ther�� wi 11 not be a"epot rezoning of the land immediatel,y east and south of us wh�n it ia develop�d .
