ACCEPTANCE OF ORDINANCE NO. 1210 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA ACCEPTANCE OF ELECTRIC FRANCHISE: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on the 24th day of August, 1998, passed and adopted Ordinance No. 1210, entitled: AN ORDINANCE GRANflNG TO NORTIIERN STA1ES POWER COMPANY, A MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT, OPERATE, REPAIR AND MAINTAlN IN TIlE CIIY OF ROSEVIILE, MINNESOTA, AN ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND TRANSMISSION llNES, INCLUDING NECESSARY POLES, LINES, FIXTIJRES AND APPURTENANCES, FOR TIlE F1JRNISHING OF ELECTRIC ENERGY TO TIlE CIIY, ITS INHABITANTS, AND OTHERS, AND TO USE TIlE PUBLIC WAYS AND PUBLIC GROUNDS OF THE CIIY FOR SUCH PURPOSES. which Ordinance was duly published according to law on the 20th day of October, 1998, in the Roseville Review, a newspaper printed and published in the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, and which Ordinance is not effective unless accepted in writing by Northern States Power Company. NOW THEREFORE, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation for itself and its successors and assigns, does hereby accept all the tenns and conditions of said Ordinance, IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Northern States Power Company has caused this document to be executed in its corporate name by its duly authorized persons and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this /I.flv day of II ()~ 6~/' , 1998.
