• L
•

STORIi SEWER:
ROSEVILLE TERRACE - PLAT 11
April 23, 1968
Last year the Village shaped a shallow swale across park land to receive
drainage from Brenner and Albert which previously dr-ain,ednorth along a
15 faot easement to Clarmar Lane. The previous drainagecourse-was-obec-
tionable to the abutting property owners, and the Vil.age caused the change
in direction and location of drainage.
As a temporary solution it is proposed that this existing swale be utilized
by constructng a bituminous aprn in am.opening-in_the_curb at the low
point of the cul-de-sac which would result in essentiaily the same s.tuation
as now exists.
The existing swale will require minor reshaping due to a 1ow point that

holds water. This cauld be accomplished in conjunction with the sanitary
,cQnstruction described below.
In the future, as needs ariser the permanent storm swer can be-constructed
;"` in the boulevard without disrupting the street exceptfortheremoval of
:1 one or two curb sections to accommodate castin assemblies.
