Accessory uses are defined in <br />the iliilage Zonitig Code in Sectian 5.050, <br />" 5. 0 SO . Acce s sory U se or Structure . A use or a structure <br />subordinate to the principal use or building on the same lot and custo- <br />marily incident�l thereto. " <br />My opinion is that you cannot use land zoned "R-2" as an acce�;sory <br />use for land zoned "R-3" . This in effect, is rezoning the "R-2" land. <br />�o <br />
