" <br />� <br />The uses that you suggest, that is: <br />1) parking lots <br />2) garages <br />3) swimming pools <br />All of th�se uses are accessory uses. Accessory uses are defined in <br />the Vill.age Zoning Code a.n Section 5 0 0 SO e <br />"5.050. Accessory Use or Structure� A use or a structure <br />subordinate to the principal use or building on the same lot and custo- <br />marily incidental thereto. " <br />My opinion is that you cannot use land zoned "R-2" as an accessory <br />use fc�r land zoned "R-3" .'1'his in effect, is rezoning the "�-2" land. <br />� <br />�,,,�-.. R <br />
