Rothschild. <br />You asked "Due to the conjestion of the 'R-3' area th�y are asking <br />that they be permitted to install parking lots, garages, and a swimrrafng <br />gool in the ' R�2' area . Will thi s conform to the provi sions of our <br />zoning ordinance ? . . . Accessory uses are def�ned in <br />the Village Zonir.g Code in Section 5.050. <br />"5. Q50. Accessory Use or Structure. A use or a structure <br />subordinate to the principal use or building on the same lot and custo- <br />marily incidental therEto. " <br />My opinion is that you cannot use land zoned "R-2" as an accessory <br />use fo� land zonecl "1�-3". This in effect, is rezoning the "R-2" lan�. <br />
