ACCEPTANCE OF ORDINANCE NO. 1211 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA ACCEPTANCE OF GAS FRANCmSE: WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, on the 24th day of August, 1998, passed and adopted Ordinance No. 1211, entitled: AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TO NORlHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, A MINNESOTA CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, PERMISSION TO CONSlRUCT, OPERATE, REPAIR AND MAINTAIN IN TIlE CITY OF ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA, A GAS DISTRIBUTION SYS1EM INCLUDING TIlE NECESSARY GAS PJPES, MAINS AND APPURJENANCES FOR TIlE lRANSMISSION OR DISTRIBUTION OF GAS TO TIlE CITY, ITS INHABITANIS, AND OTHERS, AND TRANSMlTI1NG GAS INTO AND 1HROUGH TIlE CITY, AND TO USE TIlE PUBliC WAYS AND PUBliC GROUNDS OF TIlE CITY FOR SUCH PURPOSES. which Ordinance was duly published according to law on the 20th day of October, 1998, in the Roseville Review, a newspaper printed and published in the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, and which Ordinance is not effective unless accepted in writing by Northern States Power Company. NOW THEREFORE, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota Corporation for itself and its successors and assigns, does hereby accept all the terms and conditions of said Ordinance.
