The PlQnning Cornmission made a recommendation with respect to this proposal <br />at the last meeting, with the suggested varying of the frant yard setback so <br />�s to gradually increase the distance ta conform to the 30 feet that exist in <br />other areas of the block, Apparently at the Council meeting, the Appl icant <br />s�ggested that other alternatives might be worked out on a basis that would be <br />acceptable to the Applicant and Gontiguou5 property owners. <br />2. Wifih this background in mind, it would obviously be appropriate to consider <br />what the Applicant might suggest at the Planning Commission hearing on July <br />2, 1969. <br />
