Land adjacent to ��anlinc ,4venue west of Turtle Lake School. <br />This location is not �vell suited for industrial development <br />although (imited existing developmentmay necessit�ate ih <br />retention as an industrial zoning district. <br />c. Spot industriol zoning on Cou�ty Road ( eastof i-�ighwoy <br />No. 49. It is di�ficult to understand why this smali land <br />parcel is zonecl for industrial use. Such spot industrial <br />zones can be defirimental to surrounding residential <br />amenities. <br />d. ;�rea wast of Grass Lo!<e . Except for being adjocent to <br />a freeway, therc is little to indicatc that this is a good <br />and prop�r location �or industry. Indust�ial traffic access <br />would �e �lifficult and there could be detrimental effects <br />upon housing no�v located along Victorio Street� The <br />area would scem �est suited For residential development; <br />apar tm�nt poSential exists near Grass Lake. %a�so, the <br />area could be utilized as a senior high school site in the <br />future o <br />c. (ine are the only features <br />sugg�sting the appro;�riateness of industrial zoning in t�is <br />area.
