Attached is a copy of the August 6th report pertaining to this property at which <br />fiime the Planning Commission recommended ihat the applicant acquire additional <br />.land and generally revise and upgrade the quality of the service station proposed. <br />Since that time we have discussed the question on several occasions with <br />representatives ofi Standard Oil Company anci the Dayton Campany. Yesterday, we <br />heard from the Standard Oil people who stated they have revised the land area <br />proposed to be developed and have prepared a new development proposal. It will be <br />reviewed this afternoon (Friday, February 27) in preparation for Wednesday night's <br />meeting. Not having a copy of the new proposal available at the time of this writing, <br />we are not able, of course, to comment on its merits. Assuming sufficient data is <br />presented this afternoon, we will prepare an addendum to this report prior to the <br />hearing on March 4th. <br />
