Thus, it would appear that the Dayton Development Cor,�orati�n would <br />b� the applieant for the division of the land. V�e are somewhat cancerned that Phe proposed service station site is as <br />minimai as propos�d. Normally, a 150 by 150 feet is the absolute minirrium <br />site f�r a service stafiion today.
