� <br />� A-10 PE_ <br />An a�pplication for permission to construct utilities adjacent to Roselawn <br />� Avenue will be s�bmitted to Ramsey County by the engineers acting in behalf <br />of the Owner. Plans and specificaL.ions wi11 be furnished to Ramsey County. <br />GRADE OF BOULEVARDS <br />The grade of boulevards within the project following utility and service <br />construction shall be m�intained as existed prior to construction under this <br />project. <br />PROTECTION OF PAVED SURFAGES - RAMSEY G�JUNTY <br />Where construction is shown on the plans to tak.e place along the side of <br />existing County r.oads with hot plant mix asphalt surfaces, the Contractor <br />shal�. employ c�ns�ructi�n methods which will prevent damage to these surfaces. <br />However, where construction is �o take place where the shoulders of County <br />roads are bitumin�us surfaced and where such surfacing ���ould be damaged Ur <br />must be removed to permit construction, the Contractc�r shall limit his damage <br />to such surfaced shoulders and m�xst protect the center traveled roadways. <br />REGRADING OF DITCHES <br />Where construct' h <br />ion is s own on the plans to take place along ditches or <br />shoulders at the edge �f certain County roads, it is to be undarstood that <br />the ditches and shoulders sha11 be returned to their original grade and <br />contour.
