J� � E_� � � � � � �I 9 � ARTICLE 11 - AVAILABILITY of lands; PHYSICAL A�JD SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS; REFERENCE POINTS 11.1 The OWhIER a�ill provide, as indicated in the Contract Documents and not later than the date when needed by the CONTRAC70R, the lands upon which the ��Jork is to be done, rights-of-way for access tl�ereto, and such other lands wh�ch are designated for the use of t�e CONTRACTOR. Ner,essary easements (including I�ighway and railroad perm�ts will be ser,ured and paid for by the �I�WER, unlQss otherwise specified in the Coiltract Documents; provided however that the �ONTRRCTOR shall not go onto land other• than the QL�Jt��R'S 4JITHOUT ASCERTAItJING FRQM TN� OWhER ar ENGINEER that the easement has been acquired).
