This wa11 is nec�:s- <br />sary� because of the great di:fference in elevation betVreen the exis-�ing <br />hause and the proposed street grade of Drapar Avenue. <br />The wall is to project on to the street R/W a� little as <br />possible and should be constructed in accordance w ith good constructinn <br />practices. <br />It is understood that the Village of Roseville will assume <br />no responsibility for the maintenance of this wall.
