This action having been taken with <br />this specific propc,sal in mind, the applicant has submitted the attached letter <br />requesting the issuance of the special use permit anr� has submitted a development <br />proposa I f or yaur ; onsi derati c�n . <br />2. Pending review of the specific building proposal, we would suggest that it is <br />appropriate to issue the special use permit taking care that conditions are attached <br />specifically out-lawing the storage of tires outside, and requiring specified <br />equipment to aciequately handle the dust �roblem known to exist without adequate <br />m�achanized equipment to handle it. <br />
