The error in no way affects the persons who were notified <br />as to the rezoning and it therefore can be corrected by an Ordinance <br />amending the legal description. <br />I attach the propos�d ordinance so amending the legal ciescription <br />and the following motion would be appropri�te; <br />"I move that 4rdinance No. be adopted entitled <br />'An Qrdia�ance Amending Ordinance No. 562, by <br />Changing the Legal Descriptfon of the Property <br />Described Therein.
