<br />�; �dvantage is apparent if said portions of Secti�ns 5& 8 were attached
<br />± t9 C�mmon School District �`o 0 33; that it c�ould appear advantageous
<br />�; to a11 concerned if such portions o.f Sections S�nd 8 of New Canada
<br />:; Township were annexed to Independent Schoal District No. 3. It would
<br />`; appear tha t tax levies have been made by and for the use of each of
<br />� said Common School Districts and tha.t collection of taxes pursuant
<br />`thereto is now being and wi11 continue to be made by County Treasurer
<br />of Ramsey County. That a11 of foregoing common school districts are
<br />owners of personal property. That a11 of Sections S& 8 of New Canada
<br />"r.ownship which does not 1ie E' ly Lake Gervais is in Independent School.

<br />R�solved, by Board of Count_y Commissioners of Ra�sey County, Minn. ,
<br />(1.) That the portion of Cammon School District No. 3 wh�.ch lies E. of
<br />Lake Gervais and is included in Sections S and 8 in New Canada Township
<br />is hereby annexed to Independent School Dis t�ict No . 3, so that all oF
<br />Sections S and 8 in New Canada Township sha11 be in said Independent
<br />School District No. 3.
<br />i,2) That all moneys collected for tax�s levied in Common School Dis-
<br />tricts Nos. l, 3, 10, I6, 17, 24, 29, 31 & 32 fram and after Dec. 23,
<br />1948, and any balances ceith the Coun�y Treasurer to the cr�dit o£
<br />such ��nunon School Districts shall be paid or credited to Independent
<br />Scho�l District No . 3 etc. , see rec�rd,
