I�Ir. Park <br />proposes to construct an addition on the east side of the house for which <br />no variance is necessary. The variance is reqi.�ired because the existing <br />house is non�-conforming, being located 15 feet from the north property line. <br />The reguired setback is 30 feet. <br />The af£ected property owners have indicated they are not opposed ta the <br />variance.
