Liz $ackus, Maxfield Research Group, and Craig Waldron <br />The purpose of this meeting was to review th� .additional work <br />that Maxfield had performed specifically targeted at looking at <br />the proposed development by Rottlund Companies on the Concordia <br />site. Essenti�lly Maxfield has concluded t�at tho potential <br />own�rs of the units that Rot�lund is proposing to build on th� <br />Concordia site are not th� same market as peopl� who would b� <br />int�reated in purchasing a first-time hame i� the Roseville �rea. <br />Liz had �isited the Coon Rapids project that �ottlund had built <br />and ironically ran into a young pro��ssional couple curr�ntly <br />living in Rosevizle who aze willing to drfv� all th� �ay to Coon <br />Rapids becaus� they �ant to 1iv� in that type of housing. Sh� <br />safd that both L�a Maxfield and h@rsalf w�r� impr�ss@d with �he <br />yuality of the produc� that Rottlund had �u�l� �nd stat�d that <br />they �olt that it was a vory good v�lu� �o� tha mon�y.
