Since the PUD <br />Ordinance is in place, it is timely for the Slater's to proceed <br />with the development of a PUD packaqe that will address adequate <br />storaqe of vehicles and boats on the property, as well as the <br />very important �ssues related to screening and landscaping. We <br />gave Mrs. Sla�er a copy of the PUD Ordinance and the procedures <br />package and instructed her to hire a landscap� architect and/or <br />civil engineer to prepare the necessary plans.
