Mr. Siever proposes to locate the dish at the rear of the <br />building and he showed a number of pictures that illustrated that <br />it would be screened (almost totally) from the view from <br />Snelling. However, the rear of this building is in view from <br />Har-Mar theaters and the Highland Store, so we discussed ways in <br />which it could be partially screened. There is an existing <br />screening fence that surrounds the trash dumpster. It appears <br />that the pole could be located within this enclosure. We <br />directed Mr. Siever to pursue this solution. <br />3.
