Th building is two floors with a total of 1,000 square
feet of space, of which Snappy rents 522 sq. ft. When he building
was built, 800 sq, ft. of space was left unfinished as storage
space because there is not enough parking on site for the entire
building. There are 42 spaces on site of which Snappy reserves 8.
Mr. Berg had tried to buy more property for parking, but was unable
 to do so.

The car rntal agency needs a Special Use Permit under the new
ordinance fr rental nd leasing businesses, and the standards for
such a use in an office building would apply. The agency clearly
functions as an ac.;essory use, both in terms of the amount of
office space and in the number of parking spaces compared o the
entire building, k}ut th question to be answered is whether there
is enough parking for the rntal cars above and beyond what is
needed for the rest of_ the building. Mr. Berg will get back to us
with specific information on the par3cing and building areas and
app.y for the permit.
2, Kevin Von Reidle, Heritage Development
,After last week's meeting, Mr. Von Reidle returned wih a revised
pln for the Bussey property at Larpenteur and Grotto, which he is
he:lping to plan for Gardner Brothers. The plan incorporated many
of the ideas we had offered, while maintaining 32 units of
townhouse. It included three sma"ller buildings instead f two
large ones, and a full movement intersection with Grotto Street to
the south. This arrangement will need an easement agreemPnt with
the cemetery to t.he west.
While improved over the first plan, we still had a number of issues
