There are a number of concerns about parking and <br />circulation on site, as well as the lack of landscaping. We will <br />d�tail these issues in a letter to Mr. Richard Simmons, the <br />developer. We believe it �ould be hest to discuss and resolve <br />these items before takiny th� project to the Planning Commission <br />and Council as Mr. Simmons wants to do. <br />
