Mr. Duffy had been in be�ore to discuss various site plan�ing concepts for th� property and came in to show us further ideas. He has put some effort into coming u� wi�h a soxution which is both more liveable for futur� resident� ar�d more sens3�tive to current neighbor�, but the con�ept he illu�trated still had serious probl�ms: loca�ion o� parking, location o� common open spac�/play area, setbacks to curxent prope�ties, grading of s�tr�ets a►nd parking aYeas, and others.
