<br />of Victoria and Bremer. The home desi�n they propose to

<br />_:arage with the garage doors oriented otf the end of the
<br />:, ;:ructure . T��is requires about 110 feet of lot frontage a:zd
<br />c;�:: this property would require the acquisiticn of the rear of
<br />�.�ntigu�us lots on the east involving a stri� of about 20
<br />��>�t. i'n� lots to r.h� east have previously been approved for
<br />=divisi�n i�y George Reiling, although the final plat for
<br />_;iis apNroved preliminary plat has not been filed. We sug-
<br />:�Psted, thereforz, tliey discuss this with George Reiling. It
<br />w��uld appear that the addition of 20 feet to the proposed
<br />lots split will be impractical.
<br />These folks have a strong desire to live in Roseville and
<br />construct a new horr�e � W� s�.�gaested tnat they contact Jim
<br />Casey who is considering a land division north of the turn in
<br />Victoria at the alignment with Roselawn Avenue. As you will
<br />recall, one or two of those lots would be adequate for this
<br />house design.
