We
suggested that all of the parking and activity being on the
west side of the building could prove an asset to the neiqh-
bors to the east. The setbacks are 120 feet for the main
structure, with 60-65 feet at the north and south ends. The
previous structures were 30 feet from the easterly property
line (the backyards of the single family houses an the cul-
de-sac to the east). We suggested they visit with the
neighbors and review this proposal before processing a
revised P.U.D. Being two stories high with a gabled roof,
the height would be similar to the previously proposed town-
houses. The structure, of course, would be larger, but set
back at a greater distance may be acceptable to the
neighbors.
