We <br />suggested that all of the parking and activity being on the <br />west side of the building could prove an asset to the neiqh- <br />bors to the east. The setbacks are 120 feet for the main <br />structure, with 60-65 feet at the north and south ends. The <br />previous structures were 30 feet from the easterly property <br />line (the backyards of the single family houses an the cul- <br />de-sac to the east). We suggested they visit with the <br />neighbors and review this proposal before processing a <br />revised P.U.D. Being two stories high with a gabled roof, <br />the height would be similar to the previously proposed town- <br />houses. The structure, of course, would be larger, but set <br />back at a greater distance may be acceptable to the <br />neighbors. <br />
