We <br />noted the ten foot setback requirement and the normal <br />requirements for front yard, rear yard, and lake shore zon- <br />ing. P,s we have previously told the c�wner of this 1ot, <br />perhaps a year aga, we �uggested that i�he first step would <br />be an accurate survey af the property, inasmu�ch as we can't <br />tell prec;isely fram the air phatos or the section maps exact <br />locatian of the hign water line, and thus the actual depth <br />(east/west) af the lot. It a�pear�, hawever, as though the <br />lot is extremely shallaw far narmal residential constru�tion. <br />
