The exterior of the build:ing sh�11 be constructed <br />of b��. ck on all four side s. <br />2. The ownei� shall construct a s�treet SO feet wide <br />along the north property line according to Village <br />specifications, and dedicate the street to the <br />Village. <br />' 3.
