<br />` p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This year, we are asking for shoppirig center
<br />';:,;���j owners/managers to cooperatively take steps to minimize noise
<br />', ;' impact on adjacent residential areas. We are asking that each
<br />' shopping center develop and submit to City staff a specific plan
<br />to�minimize noise impact on adjacent homes by January 1, 1a90.
<br />This plan could contain such activities as not banging gates,
<br />';' � disconnecting backup horns and bells, and limiting the hours,
<br />where possible, when snow plowing is done adjacent to residential
<br />.;. property.
