Mr. Bieza, representing neighbors in the area of the property in <br />question, have submitted a petition to rezone the George Reiling land <br />(north of City Hall) from R-2 and SC to R-1. This property is the <br />subject of the Can-Am Development Proposal that was recently approved <br />by the Planning Commission and Council. Thus, the proposal to rezone <br />to f�-1 may be moot� <br />2. In any case, Mr. Bieza has asked that the request be tabled to the <br />November meeting of the Planning Commission. It may be possible <br />during the interve�ing period that some other action may be pending. <br />e <br />
