If plar�s ;show work which will be in the fu�ure and will not be cover�d by the current permit, then they will be marked "future work not covered by this permit." Gordy an,d I will have to sign off on all permits before permits ;�re issued . Inspectors will give inspection slips to Merrilee at the end �f each day�. Merrilee will record insp�ect�ons on b�ilding card eit:h.er at the end of that day or first thing in the morriing on �he followir.g aay. Gordy :is working with Jerry to produce a card which inspec��rs will leave on the site to indicate that they have complet.ed their inspection. rnspec�ors will be sure to show up for scheduled inspeci�ions. Charlene and Merrilee wi�i_ make sure that they get pr�one numbers when people ca11 i:: for inspections so that .inspectors can call if they need to reschedule the inspec.tion. If there ar_e any problems in �he future, we will go to a more formal system where inspec�a.ons will be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. I will do final inspections of all projects which require zonir..g approvals. No certificate of occupancies will be issuEd before this inspection is completed or without my signature. I�aould like to schedule a m�eting with Steve North, Howard Dahlgren, yourself, and m�self to discuss the procedures f�r handling shoreline perznits.
