Attached are the re <br />have been received concerning this matter. <br />The Rice Creek Water Management Board has apparently approved <br />this request with the following conditions. <br />1. That the skimmer be redesigned in accordance with their <br />� requirements. <br />2, That the inverts be verified at the rt isting trench piping <br />system that exists off of the�.r prope y. <br />The applicant has agreed take care of these conditions.
