• <br />MEMOR��N DUM <br />DATE: August 24, 1988 <br />Tp: Craig Waldron <br />FROM: Rick Jopke '� <br />SUBJECT: Status of complaints concerning Dr. Smith, the dentist <br />who owns �,roperty north of Roselawn and South of Ryan <br />Avenue. <br />I talked to Gordy concerning this matter and he stated that there <br />w�re two issues being assessed concerning this property. The <br />first relates to the fill and grading which are going on on the <br />propertX. A fill permit has been issued and there is concern <br />that the grading is nat being done according to the permit. I <br />h�.ve attached a copy of the letter recently sent to Dr. Smith <br />cc�ricerning this issue. There is also a need to ensure that <br />erosion control fence� g�t erected to prevent erosion. <br />The secand issue relates to construction of tl�e fence. A permit <br />ha�s been issued for a four foot fence along Kent Avenue. There <br />�.s some concern that a portion of the fence may extend into the <br />right-c�f-way of Ryan Avenue. Gordy is reviewing thi� issue and <br />will �ake �ure it gets corrected if there is a violation. <br />� <br />� <br />
