� <br />PRESS RELEASE <br />An Environment Assessment Worksheet (EAW) has recently been <br />completed for "The Lexington" project which has been proposed to <br />be located on the west side of Lexington Avenue between County <br />Road C-2 and Woodhill Drive in Roseville, Minnesota. The project <br />consists of 254 multi-family residential units, six single-family <br />residential units, 20,000 square feet of retail commercial space <br />and a 3 acre park. The residential development will include two <br />75-unit, 3 story buildings on the easterly portion of the site, <br />thirteen eight-unit buildings located on the westerly portion of <br />the site, and six single family lots on the north side of the <br />site. <br />Copies of the EAW are available for review at the Community <br />Development Department at Roseville City Hall at 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and <br />4:30 PM. <br />The last day that comments will be accepted is November 30, 1988. <br />Comments should be sent to the attention of Rick Jopke, a�t <br />Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota 55113. <br />The City Council will meet at 7:30 PM on December 12, 1988 in the <br />� council chambers of Roseville City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive to determine if an Environmental Impact Statement is <br />necessary for the project. <br />C� <br />
