• <br />� <br />� <br />� <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given tha•t the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive on Wednesday, October 12, 1988 for the purpose of <br />considering the following request: <br />Motel Six request for sign variances at 2300 Cleveland Avenue. <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a sign which would be <br />151.25 square feet which exceeds the maximum allowed sign area of <br />100 square feet. The sign height would be 45 feet high which� <br />exceeds the maximum allowed height of 25 feet.
