Roseville zoning <br />regulations do not list cemeterie� as a permitted use in R-1 <br />distra.cts. From what I can determin�, boundaries af the cemetery <br />`�ave not changed at least since z943. I have attach�d a copy of <br />�he site as shown on the official 19�9 zoning map which shows it <br />as a cemetery. The City has recently issued grading and fill <br />permits to allow the cemetery to develop additional roads and <br />areas for additional cemetery plots.
