1�;� <br />r/.� <br />December l, 1988 <br />Planning Commission Members <br />Dear Commissioners: <br />At the October 5, 1988 Planning Commission meeting, the Planning <br />C�mmission continued action on a petition filed by Lawrence Bieza <br />to r��e the City Council consider rezoning the George Reiling <br />site at 2775 Lexington Avenue from R-�2 and S-C to R-1. This <br />matter was continued to the December 7, 1988 Planning Commission <br />meeting. <br />Tt is staff's understanding from a phone conversation with Mr. <br />Bieza that they are considering withdrawing this petition.
