We agreed as follows: <br />1. The height "of th� sign cannot exceed 25 feet. City <br />ordinances indica�e that c�n structures, the height would be <br />measured from grade to the average height of a gable type <br />� roof. We agreed that because this sign has a roof type <br />structure on it, that we would measur�e the 25 feet to the <br />average height of that of the raof structure on top of th� <br />sign. <br />2. The amount of sign area effectively visible from any one <br />point cannot Pxceed 100 sq. feet.
