First of all is �he issue of th� star�a�ing <br />water in the parking lot. As you axe aware, there was a <br />condi�ir�n on the' approval which allowed the expansion �f the <br />store which st�ted "that the applicant will resurface the park�.ng <br />lot to correct existing major standing water problems". To my <br />knowledge, this matter has not been resolved. Please advise me <br />af the schedule to mee� this condition. <br />� Se�ondly, ti�ere is an ongaing problem with semi t�railers �eing <br />par�ed and stored to the south of the landscape screen a�ea <br />adjacent to the load�ng dock. All trucks should be parked and <br />stored reorth of the landscape scxeening and not in t4�e area south <br />oi the trees whic�n should be maintained for custom�r �nd emgloyee <br />par}cing. <br />� <br />Finally, it appears that 7 trees have died and be�n removecl �rom <br />the landscape aiea screeni.ng tY�e truck dock. These tr�es must be <br />replaced and the landscaping ma�.ntained in accordance with the <br />approved plan. <br />Pl�ase advise me as to �he current status of the above it�m� and <br />wl�en th�y wil�. be resolved.
