The complaints included the amount of window
signage at the Center and the use of a mobile sign on the site.
The complaint specifically ment3.oned the Olan Mills window sign.
Please advise me of when Olan Mills will be installing its
permanent signage and when the window sign in question will be
removed. Again, the ordinance indicates that no more than 25 of
the window can have wa.ndow signage and that lettering height on a
window sign cannot be greater than 6 inches. Please insure that
your signage compliss with these requirements.
The City ordinances prohibit the use of any kind of mobile sign.
Please see that the sign currently on the property is removed and
that such signage wil7. not be utilized in the future.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
:7g
 .J
Sincerely,
Rick Jopke
Assistant Director of Community
Development
