County Road B <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br />Dear Mr. Kaufhold: <br />As I have previously discussed with Tom Dunwell, City staff has <br />received complaints concerning the customer parking at Rose <br />Galleries. Residents in the area have complained about the <br />safety hazards presented by the cars parked on County Roacl � and <br />about the illegal parking in the portion of the former Lexington <br />school site which is zoned R-3A (multi-family residen�ial). <br />Commercial parking in a residential zoning district is not <br />permitt�d. <br />Piease advise your customers and employees not to park on the <br />portiAn of the Lexington School site which is zoned R-3A and tA <br />� obser�re all on-street parking restrictions.
