In April Qf <br />this year, city staff and representatives from Welsh Compani�es ana <br />the theatre met to discuss handicapp�d accessibility to �he <br />theatrea At that meeting i�k was agr�ed �that no �hysical change� <br />would be made but that there would be procedural �hanges made to <br />insure proper accessi�ility to �he theater. The agreed �upon <br />procedure was that handa.capped persons should come to tl^�; w�.ndow <br />on the east side of the ti�cket bootP� (�tYiis window is at �the same <br />level as th� entry into �Y�e shopping center). United Artists were <br />to install a b�uzz�r at the window so that handicapped persons <br />could be promptly helped. Ticket window pe�sannel would contact <br />an usher to help the hand.icapped person into the theatre and dc�wn <br />the ramp.
