• 1. 2. 3, 4. CITY PLANNER APPLICANT SIMULATION SCRIPT Rick as chairman will open the meeting. Applicant will give presentation. Rick as chairman will open discussion by Planning Commission members. Rick will also complain about lack of detail. John will question environmental issues including EAW and ISP thresholds. 5. Charlene will raise women's issues including the number of jobs and quality of jobs in the center and the lack of security in the parking ramp. 6. Ron will raise traffic issues. 7. Bob will speak up from the audience indicating that he did not receive proper notice and will raise other concerns that he has with the project. 8. Rick will put applicant on the spot by asking what happened with the notice and why proper notice was not received. 9. Rick will conclude that a good faith effort has been made by the City to notify residents and that the hearing can legally continue. 10. Steve will jump to the side of the residents an� support the concerns brought up by Bob. Steve will indicate tliat this project and the associated issues are far too important to fa�t track and will attempt to put the staff on the other side of the ience. 11. 12 . Rick will ask for comments from the developer . Craig will blind side staff concerning building materials. 13. Rick will question staff on what happened and why weren't the City standards communicated to the applicant. Rick will question what is being reviewed at this point in time. 14 . 15. Rick will open the public hearing to public comment. Don will complain about broken promises with the adjacent center and other issues. 16. Rick will put staff on the hot seat by pointing out that the process is not working and question how staff will stay on top of this item.
