Rick will also complain about lack of detail. <br />John will question environmental issues including EAW and <br />ISP thresholds. <br />5. Charlene will raise women's issues including the number of <br />jobs and quality of jobs in the center and the lack of <br />security in the parking ramp. <br />6. Ron will raise traffic issues. <br />7. Bob will speak up from the audience indicating that he did <br />not receive proper notice and will raise other concerns that <br />he has with the project. <br />8. Rick will put applicant on the spot by asking what happened <br />with the notice and why proper notice was not received. <br />9. Rick will conclude that a good faith effort has been made by <br />the City to notify residents and that the hearing can <br />legally continue. <br />10. Steve will jump to the side of the residents an� support the <br />concerns brought up by Bob. Steve will indicate tliat this <br />project and the associated issues are far too important to <br />fa�t track and will attempt to put the staff on the other <br />side of the ience. <br />11. <br />12 . <br />Rick will ask for comments from the developer . <br />Craig will blind side staff concerning building materials. <br />13. Rick will question staff on what happened and why weren't <br />the City standards communicated to the applicant. Rick will <br />question what is being reviewed at this point in time. <br />14 . <br />15. <br />Rick will open the public hearing to public comment. <br />Don will complain about broken promises with the adjacent <br />center and other issues. <br />16. Rick will put staff on the hot seat by pointing out that the <br />process is not working and question how staff will stay on <br />top of this item. <br />
