Waldron <br />F.�tOM: Rick Jopke � <br />SUHJECT: Welsh Crossroads Fence <br />Bob Rosenquist and I met with John Stencel and Dennis �rickson on <br />Friday, November 2 and outlined the most recent findings �rom the <br />surveyor concerning the f�nce height on the north side af trie <br />Welsh Crossraads project. The survey�or found that the fence at <br />site lines 1, 9, 11, 15, and 17 were approximately 1 to 1-1/2 <br />inches low. The fence at site line 18 was 3-4 inches too low. <br />Also, �ir. Lindgren at 1728 Oakcrest, indicated that he could �ee <br />lights at the lower level of� the deck. The surv�yor's findings <br />indicated that site line 21 was in accnrdance with the appraved <br />pl.an. <br />This information was discussed with the representatives from <br />Welsh Gompanies and they agreed to make these correctiflns during <br />the week of November 5. The Welsh Companies representatives <br />agreed to adding additianal boards adjacent to�Mr. �,indgren'a <br />� house even though the fence height appears to be consistent wi�th <br />the approved plan. <br />� <br />� <br />
