•
I .-

November 5, 1990
Mr. Roger Jensen
Peterson, Bell, Converse and Jensen
. 2100 American National Bank Building
101 E. 5th Street
St. Paul, MN 55101 '
Dear Mr. Jensen:
, The City has recently been approached by a developer who is
' proposing to develop a site on County Road C adjacent to the
Minnesota Transfer Railway Line. The City has a drainage and
utility easement over a portion of the railroad property
abutting the proposed development site. The developer has
, indicated a desire to drain his site into that drainage ditch.
The question that we have is can the City, under an existing
easement, allow the developer to do this or does the developer
have to have a separate easement from the railroad company.
0
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at
490-2236.
Sincerely, ~

Rick Jopke
Assistant Community Development Director
City of Roseville
:cf
2660 CIVIC CENTER DRI • ROSEVILLE • AIINNESOT •113 • 612-490-2200
