OWASSO BLVD. <br />Date: �ctober 16, 1990 <br />Wi'th regard to the application for an administrative lot split at <br />423 South Owasso Boulevard, the Engineering Department has the <br />following comments: <br />1. Back assessment charges in the amount of $1,506.50 for water <br />and sanitary sewer on Lot 4 must be paid as part of thi.s lat <br />spl�.t. <br />2. The property owner at 423 S. Owasso Boulevard must agree ' <br />� by letter to remove at his/her cost the utility shed that <br />is located on the city drainage easement at such time as the <br />city needs to utilize the easement. . <br />� <br />� <br />Upon completion of these two items, the Engineering Department <br />wYll sign off on the administrative lot split. <br />� <br />
